Complaints about Cash America

Cash America prides itself on giving out specialty loans to residents in the United States. They offer pawn loans for 30 days. At this time, the rest of the payment is expected in full. They have gotten a mixture of reviews. Some positive and some negative.

For example, one consumer said, “Got a loan…went to renew it to extend the loan…lady told us the wrong due date.. so when we showed up to do it, it was already sent through causing us a total of $175 in overdraft charges for the pending items we had.”

Many of the other customers complained about rudeness and lack of good customer service.

Not all customers are dissatisfied. There were some who were pleased to get the money they needed right way. It may just depend on which location you use and how quickly you can pay them back.
